- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst service, only 2 tellers, very, very, very slow and a really bad manager called Binita, walking around doing nothing , I ask her why she was not helping as teller and she answer me that it not was her job. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you can avoid coming to this one, I HIGHLY recommend doing so, this branch is so slow, they are very unprofessional. A line full of people, 2 tellers, one leaves and down to 1 teller, about 15-20min Per person, it is crazy. Stay AAA from this one.By Gabby Garcia, January 26, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The customer service at this branch is horrible. I am talking about a banker named Johnny. My family just came from America two months ago and obviously didn't speak any English. They walked in this branch to open a checking account. This banker Johnny asked them to open 4 secured credit cards with $300 collateral each. Everything is fine until they walk back in to close the cards 1 month later. Johnny shows his negative attitude towards the customers, not willing to help, even walked away multiple time, ignored the customers are trying to seek help. The wait is also ridiculous, they serve customers based on language I believe. Spanish speaking bankers help spanish speaking customers, vietnamese help vietnamese. Not professional.
